Request access to Neuro-Workflow
Neuro-Workflow is currently in beta, and access is granted per user. Please tell us briefly who you are and what you would like to do with it. This helps us manage shared computing resources, tailor support, and follow up on your feedback. Please note that access is not granted immediately. Submitting the form registers your request; user accounts will be opened progressively once the beta release is stable (planned within this year), so it may take some months before we contact you. Beta users can run workflows on the application server. HPC computing resources are reserved for Brain/MINDS 2.0 project members, so we cannot guarantee access to them.
Access & registration policy (what we ask, and why)
- What we collect: your name, e-mail, affiliation, role, research background, and intended use of the platform.
- Why we collect it: to grant and manage individual accounts on the platform, to prioritize support during the beta, and to contact you about updates and feedback.
- When access is granted: not immediately. Requests are queued, and accounts are opened progressively once the beta release is stable (planned within this year). We will contact you by e-mail when your account is ready; no action is needed in the meantime.
- Computing resources: beta users can run workflows on the application server. HPC resources are reserved for Brain/MINDS 2.0 project members, so access to them cannot be guaranteed.
- How it is used: only for managing access to and communication about Neuro-Workflow / Digital Brain Portal. It is not shared with third parties.
- Who can apply: researchers, engineers, and students affiliated with academic or research institutions, with a scientific use case. Industrial/commercial use is not supported during the beta (feel free to contact us at carlos.gutierrez@oist.jp about future access). Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Beta conditions: the platform is under active development. Features and stored data may change or be reset; please use compute resources fairly and report issues you encounter.
- Revocation: access may be suspended in case of misuse of the platform or its computing resources.
